Who has the best prices on registering international domains (especially .de)?

.de rules is a bit special, i think you will either have to live in the country or have a company registered there, you can read more at [denic.de...]

I've seen services which offers .de domains though, i think the price was €30 and you had to make sure you had Local presence.

you can get a .de domain very cheap, it's about 12 euros a year or around. there are no 2 year periods like .com or similar.
