What has happened to www.nic.tj?

Many days ago all sites of the .tj-registry have stopped working.

Not only these sites (http://www.nic.tj [tjns.tj...] [accounts.tj)are...] unreachable, but also the nameservers for the all .tj-domains. So no .tj-Domain is reachable for now.

[iana.org...]

The numbers here are invaild, too.

Does anybody know what has happened?

I'd be interested to know about this as well. A site whose script I use a lot uses a .tj domain. Luckily it's still in the Google cache...but...
