To sell domains, can you just register them at sites like namecheap.com and sell them on? or dont you actually own them if you just register them from sites like these?
Also, if I sell a name, how does the domain name change hands. I heard something about domain transfer, how is this done, and how much does it cost?
Ive also heard that you need to own domains for 60days before you can transfer them, is this true?
Whats the best site for registering domain names to sell & transferring (that accept PayPal)?
Any other things I may need to know for selling domains, I would be highly appreciative.

if you are asking these sorts of questions then I would NOT advise entering this market.
ebay is a JOKE when it comes to selling domain names.
Very few domains available to register which can be sold on at a profit, and the fact that they are available means no-one really would want to buy them.
you can try reading some stuff over at DNForum and DomainState to find out what domains are actually being valued at, very little unless they are "generic" keyword type domains, eg: books.com etc etc
sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you are about 4 years too late.
