the future of the idea

I'm from Belarus, and we've got here .by domain name. So my project is to create a new big portal or just redirection www.made.by with sites like [made.by...] or [made.by...] etc...
How do You guys think, does this idea have future, and how much would companies pay for domains of this kind?

You might want to look into how the .to names fared. I would think that this would be along the same lines.
The idea seems sound, but you also need to think about connection speeds and infrastructure(if .by names have to be hosted in Belarus).

You probably need to be careful about copyright and patent names also(microsoft, adobe etc.)

As I want it to be, It would be not just cheap redirect service, but rather a large shopping centre for top trademarks...

e.g. when looking for some french perfume, customers would go to www.made.by/lancome/ to look through their products, and would not have to go to www.lancome.fr? .com? .net? or what it ends with...

I really believe you'll end up being sued. The idea is great but see a lawyer first definately. Maybe you could work out a pre-arranged agreement with the companies.
