Hi, I would like to operate a .co.uk website without living in great britain. Is it still possible?

Should be no problem. Some of my clients have .co.uk registered and they are not in the UK.
The address/info used to register the domains is their own (non-UK).

This isn't a problem & the only other details Nominet require are whether the domain is being registered for a profit making organisation, a not-for-profit organisation or an individual.
Strangely - and of no use whatsoever here - Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man are classed as foreign countries by Nominet!

No problem at all to register a .co.uk domain name to a foreign address. If you want to maximise your exposure to UK search engines you might want to consider having the site UK hosted otherwise you will be excluded from some UK only engines.

in my opinion a ".co.uk" domain "hosted" in UK, USA or Europe wont make a slight bit of difference on any engines.
