Is it allowed to show one type of link to spiders and another to users

I am not that familiar with cloaking, so this may be the wrong category. Sorry if it is, but is it ok to show one link format to spiders and another to users?

For example can my app show on a page the link www.mydomain.com/link212.php to a user but if a spider sees that page the link will instead show www.clientdomain.com/.
