Seeking Info on E-Commerce Providers

I work for a large science education company. We've been using the same ecommerce vendor since day one (which is closing on two years now). We have come to the conclusion that they have taken us as far as they can and we need to find a vendor who can better (and faster) help us achieve our goals.

I have received proposals thus far from eOne and DMinSite and am expecting another soon from WhirlWind Technologies. Has anyone out there had any experiences with these companies and what can you tell me about them?

Sheesh, your current providers got 4500 pages of a ColdFusion site listed, plus got you a load of nice links, and you want to leave them? Have you asked them to quote too? Unless they absolutely can't/won't go the next step with you, I would seriously consider at least giving them the opportunity to explain to you their own "vision of the future". If nothing else, after 2 years they have a fair understanding of your business, and its history
