How do I get email addresses of my target market?

Hi everyone, i am new to e-marketing.
I need to get my prospects' email addresses (especially for prospects that do not have a website). I have all their contact info, including names, addresses, DUNS#...etc, but not their email addresses. Any advice on this? Any sites that i can visit to get those email addresses? thanks.

The service you seem to want is called data appending - but I'm not sure who would do it for business e-mail addresses...
