Selling music related merchandise

where to start

Hello, I run a music related site, and right now I just link to commission junction affiliate sites.

But now I'd like to cut out the middle man, and actually process all sales myself!

I have no idea how to get started, so my question is: How would I get the rights to selling stuff, similar to like the way Amazon does?

I should also mention, I have no plans to become near as big as an Amazon type company, but just sell merchandise related to one specific band... say "Rolling Stones" for example... (Not sure if i can say what band my site is related to, without breaking WW's TOS, so I used Rolling Stones as an example) :)
