Hi, I want customers to register on a third-party site to give a review about the transaction experience when he/she purchased a widget from me. I've been including a blurb in my final e-mail, but it has not been very effective. I'm thinking about running a monthly contest where we pick a random user from the customer reviews and give him/her a prize. We're trying to increase the review ratio and not looking for fake reviews. Would running a contest be unethical?
