What do you use for CRM? Looking for a very intelligent system to process phone and web orders. should be able to view customer account history, "issue" resolution and tracking. Ideally, the ability to manage emails coming through Exchange, as well as picking up on the caller ID to pull up that customer's account information when available. Need to process over 200 orders/day and integrate into MS Commerce Server (SQL and ASP).

Thanks,
Brandon

Hello,

I use Stone Edge Order Manager to manage all my orders. I import my Web Orders into it and you can enter orders directly into it as well (for phone or mail order).

Do you do your own shipping or do you work with a logistics provider?

Have a look at www.salesforce.com

We used it for about a year and were pretty satisfied with the product.

Saleslogix or Goldimine will do all what you need.

Saleslogix uses a SQL backend and has an API 'slappi' for integrating sales from ASP sites.

I believe M/S also have some CRM solution based on Outlook custom forms, but not heard any details yet.

Goldmine is a much better product for sales people than ecommerce, and kind of a pain to install and administer. I would not use this if you are mainly looking for something to manage emails with customers, orders, and other website issues.
