Does anyone have any experience of the IMRG trustmark in the UK?

We have been searching for a replacement for our which? mark and the best we could find is the imrg scheme.

I need to justify the listing costs. Also we are contemplating becoming a member but that costs into the thousands of pounds, does anyone know whether this is a worthwhile option?

Many thanks in advance

my website was in the which? scheme, but now thats finished im not going to bother looking for another one.
The Which? scheme worked well for me as it got my terms and conditions page into some sort of order.
i dont think it would be worth paying anything for a logo on your site. most people dont even know what they are and to be honest ive never heard of the IMRG trustmark!

I have also never heard of the IMRG trustmark, and I REALLY don't like the idea of PAYING to join such a scheme, certainly not '000's of pounds.

Personally, I would focus more on the security of the site. For example - If your site is secure 128 bit, I have even done my own logo to point this out, and it has worked in adding confidence as well as what appears to be some sort of accreditation

have received an email today from a not for profit organisation called "Safebuy"

they say:

"We are establishing a not-for-profit operation which has a similar code of practice and will be widely publicised. Because you qualified for the Which? scheme you will not have to be re-qualified. "

anyone know anything about this?

Have you done a search on safebuy?

I just did and their site (if it is the one we are talking about) looks well cheesy and is US based?

We need a UK household name like which, something everyone is familiar with.
