Streamlining Order Fulfillment Process

I have a client who is having trouble with order clearing. Daily credit card activity is clearing randomly, sometimes several days clear together. This is causing a problem with reconciling deposit activity with sales activity.

I am not too clear on all this myself, but is real time order processing what he needs? Some kind of daily batching where all the orders on one day would stay together through the processing.

Sorry if that is vague but I don't understand the process myself and neither does the client :)

You need to get a better payment processor. It shouldn't be that difficult. Or you need to integrate it better.

we do ours ourselves with pccharge - pretty easy to use
