It looks like Wells Fargo (150 years in the business of protecting money, not bad stats) started to offer third party cc processing this past summer. The company I currently use has been getting seared all over for poor customer support as well as billing problems. Though I have not experienced this directly, the groundswell of complaints is making me think I should get while the getting's good.

Looking for anyone with experience with WFargo's new service.

I am currently using WellsFargo's SecureSource product. So far, I have been very happy with the support, the product, and the price. The only complaint I have is that I have lost a few sales because the buyer's country isn't on WF's list of authorized countries.

Peru and Russia come to mind from recent transaction attempts. You can ask for them to send you a list of the countries that they will process.

Victor - most online payment processing companies have similar prohibited lists. most are under developed countries, politically and / or economically unstable and with few (if any) genuine credit card holders. you won't lose much.
