From your experience, what is the best live chat solution?

It really depends on your goals. Some are hosted and cost $100 a month per operator. Some are one time fees where you buy the software and host it yourself. We are not allowed to give company names here. Just do a search for "live help chat" in Google and try out the differnt ones.
