We have a small sales team that has the need to send out email campaigns (spam). However, we have compiled a list from inquires and previous customer that are aware of our need to keep them informed of our product(s). But, since we do not host our own email – our ISP has established a limit on the amount of transmission that we can send per hour.

My question is: is there any service that we can use for sending mail? Is there software that will just send out a predetermine amount of messages per hour?

There's a program called HotCast. It allows for sending out bulk email and has it's own SMTP server so it bypasses your ISP limitations.

You can download a trial version from their website. Do a Google search for "hotcast" to get there because I don'tknow that urls are allowed.

I would also suggest Gammadyne Mailer. I have used it for over 5 years and I love it.
