Yup..Thought it was us....

Never fails..This is basically our Christmas time (seasonal business) and they go down...Lucky us.

Back up for now. From my calculations they were down from around 7am to 12pm Eastern Time

Five hours of locking the doors? That is not great at all. At least their customer service phone number is open today - they do shut down for Christmas and New Year's it seems.

I chose LinkPoint and have never had any issues with them going down hard like that. Plus they are open every day of the year since the internet is always open.
