How to increase customer's feedback?

We have product ads posted on bizrate.com and many other shopping portals. We want to get more feedbacks or ratings from customers to improve our web presence. I find we don't have many feedbacks maybe because our service is good and customers have nothing to complain. Very few customers(just 2) left the negative feedbacks immediately when they felt not satisfied, and most of satisfied customers don't. A lot of customers email us to say thank you, but they don't leave feedback. We add comments to push customers feedback on the exit page, the emails, but it seems futitle. Do you have same experience? And how should we do in order to get more feedback from customers?

what i can say from the experience of that thread is that once you have posted feedback for people to read, they're much more likely to add to it. So in effect, feedback generates feedback

Thanks for sniffer's line. Actually I read the thread before, and now I read it again. We don't want to do customer survey by ourselves, we just want more customers leave feedback for us on bizrate/resellerratings/pricegrabber or other sites, which Froogle can retrieve data from. We are definately willing to give customers some treats for the feedback, but since the survey does not happen on our own site, how can we know which customer leaves feedback and then give him a free gift or free shipping next time?
