I'm looking for some HTML script that will allow downloads from a web site after payment is validated.
I'm a bit dim on site management, and just need advice. Thanks in anticipation, Nick BJ.

Welcome to WebmasterWorld!

Do you already have the payment processing part or do you need the whole enchilada (catalog, cart, and payment system)?

Hi there, Thanks for the response.
So far all I have is the software and applications I want to offer. Nothing else. Any ideas? Nick BJ.

right now I am using two options.

1. A paypal - linklok combination. Do a google on these.

2. Clickbank

Both of these allow for payment and automated delivery.

However if you sell a lot of product, it may be better to get a merchant account, and a shopping cart that will automate the deliveries.

I have PayPal and Clickbank accounts - both basic.
Can't afford a merchant account yet, not until I've pulled some cash in... So I guess I use these, and upgrade to merchant account when I can afford to.
Tell me if I'm wrong... Thanks for the advice,
Nick BJ.

If you use linklok with your paypal account, you can automate the download delivery process. Linklok will verify the paypal payment, and send your buyer automatically to a download page, and send your buyer a link via their registered paypal email address.

Thanks Venrooy. I've got a problem logging in to PayPal at the mo, but I'll check out that locking jobbie... sounds good. Nick.

I use OSCommerce, and it does a great job with digital goods.

I installed OSCommerce a while ago, but couild not find where to link to it. I'm using CPanel x by the way... That means that the direct sales side of my site just does not do any selling.
I'm looking at instant downloads of ebooks and software now...
