Need a simple cart system

I am looking for a simple shopping cart or catalogue software with the following features:

1) Search Engine Friendly
2) 2CO Payment gateway
3) Can sell an item on different prices.

I will be selling CD's and some timing giving CD's free of cost

Only problem with Mals is that it is just a cart, no catalog(ue). Unless you use it with something like Optioncart.

I dont use mals, but I have seen ecommerce templates product and even though I do not use it myself - I prefer asp.net I think it is very good value - just what you need.
