how many hours to develop new Yahoo Marketplace site?

Hi,

I'm wondering how much time (or if I paid someone how much money) would be involved in setting up a new Yahoo Marketplace ecommerce site.

The site will have these features:

• a custom css-layout design (not a template)
  
• a user discussion forum (probably phpBB)
  
• a shopping cart with only a few products
  
• a special testimonials feature (so I can add new testimonials by typing them into a form, which would add them to a database)
  
• and pages for about us, product description, partners, news, contact, etc.

It would use a variety of payment means (paypal, credit cards, etc.).

I want it to look professional, not canned.

I'm deciding whether to do the coding/programming myself, but since I've never worked with Yahoo, I have little idea of how difficult and time-intensive it would be.

How easy is it to customize a Yahoo Marketplace site?

How many hours should I expect to spend?

$3,500 , to have it done correctly, this is based upon 4 years experience with the platform and working with numerous [ at least 200 ] yahoo store users. I don't do the rtml myself, that part is done by others I know.
