I have an online store operating from INDIA and like to have VOIP for our customer service team. Bulk of my customers are from US & UK. Can you suggest the best VOIP solution to suit our requirement?

VoIP termination/origination is plentiful in North America. Check out [voip-info.org...] which will list lots of vendors in both NA and the UK.
On your side you'll probably want a PBX of sorts, Asterisk is nice (and free). The site I gave you should also have links to people that can help out.
