The only out of the box solution I have come across is the Altrasoft Epay Enterprise. It is a little too cheap for what I want. It does not create transaction numbers (batch numbers) used to identify specific transactions, and it seems a little limited.
I am praying to God that I don't have to hire somebody and create something myself, but I am thinking I am going to have to.
Any help would be appreciated.

1. Ask "Altrasoft Epay Enterprise" to extend their software for you accordingly to your requirements. They must have developers and experience.
2. Buy "Altrasoft Epay Enterprise" product and hire somebody else to extend it (if it is possible).
3. Try to find a similar free product (most of free ones have lack of basic features and generally sux) and extend it, as you need.
The main filosofy -- to extend somebody's else product is always easier (and cheapier), than to write from scratch.
It is not only costs question, it is risk to spend big money and still not have even a barely workable solution.
Even if you have a semi-working product without all the features you need, you can already launch and start marketing.
No Internet project becomes popular overnight.
As you project will grow, you can add all the bells and whistles you need.
