Paypal + another merchant account can make Yahoo Store interesting

Yahoo Merchant Solutions have newly introduced Paypal, this is an welcoming offer by Yahoo. Can I integrate 2CheckOut along with Paypal to give more flexibility to those who do not prefer Paypal. I cannot subscribe Paymentech since I am Non-US (India). Is there any merchant account option for Non-US merchants to enjoy Yahoo Store?

2CO is not compatible with Yahoo. Papal is compatible now with Yahoo.
If you had a US bank account / US address / US phone number, there are some merchant account providers that could help you with the integration.

Can I use Yahoo Merchant Solution just with Paypal payment processor without any merchant accounts?

You would have to see if yahoo will allow that. They might only allow Paypal in conjunction with a First Data compatible processor - I am not familiar with all their TOS
