Please, I have been looking all day for a shopping cart system that handles and works with the affiliates side/of my website, not the company I am "working" for (or get commissions from). If someone would please point me in the right direction, nudge or whatever, I will have your first born...

If you're looking for a cart that tracks and manages affiliates I can suggest X-Cart. I know it has the ability though I've never used it.

Well a shopping cart needs a server side langauge, like ASP / .NET / PHP. You should find out what your hosting company supports first.

You might also google shopping cart dreamweaver extension or dreamweaver extension shopping cart and see what comes up. Those might help you out enough as well
