Are Paypal and CCAvenue legal in India?

Does Reserve Bank of India permites Paypal and CCAvenue.

According to the guidelines of Reserve Bank of India can an Exporter receive (in India)the payment of Export proceeds through Paypal and CCAvenue?

I will accept payment by paypal from india..

As all the india banks seems to freely allow chargeback without investigation..

If they do charge back on paypal... paypal will do it on your account...
