There merchant rates are pretty standard but I would check on the gateway fee(s) as well. There was not too much information on there about them.
I would also check to see if KeyBank is a stable bank (I never heard of them). it seems they are a reseller for KeyBank so since this would be the acquiring bank, you want to make sure they are stable

KeyBank is a regional bank. They've been around for a long time so I'm not worried about them. The customer's bank would like us to use TC and X-Cart lists it as one of the processors they support so I assumed TC was a stand alone service.
In looking at them closer it seems it's a brandable service offered through TransFirst. Not too unlike Authorize.Net. In looking over the info I Googled I'm not impressed with what I'm seeing. I fear the reliabilty and uptime of the gateway.
Call the gateway and find out what time(s) are schedule for maintenance. Most gateways schedule maintenance once a week for downtime but hardly ever use it. This is usually when they upload changes to certain things that might potentially cause problems.
I have not really heard of either but also check to see if it is branded as something else. For example, Chase Merchant Services sells / sold the YourPay gateway which was the LinkPoint gateway basically. So TC might even be another gateway in general.
