I'm getting result codes of "13 - referral" on every order for the last hour. Is this a problem that affects only me?

This would be a classic one if they start having instability immediately after the eBay acquisition.

Just got off the phone with Nova, my processor, and they said the problem is on their end and should be corrected within 15 minutes.
