Paypal refunds running at 15% ?

Anybody else seen this pattern, been able to put your finger on WHY?

Worldpay ( UK ) for 4/5 years
Refunds typically 1% or less

Started taking paypal in additon to worldpay in summer .Five months on we have a definate pattern of 15% refunds on paypal continuesly for 5 months

Any thoughts

My PayPal refund rate is about the same as my credit card return rate; about 1.5% for each.
