Accept Online Payments

Hey All

I currently Run a website that caters for Lacrosse fans from around the globe . Im looking into one of the following areas to add to the site

( one possibility is to offer a Fantasy sports type section on the site for people to wager either in " free " or " for money " games , another solution is to provide an online store for retailing for Lacrosse videos , posters etc ).

My question here is im looking into solutions that allow me to accept Credit cards .

In terms of the fantasy sports solution it would class as "gaming" therefor some sites offering solutions for credit card acceptance wont touch it.

Therefor I would like to ask all you experienced webmasters here to recommend possible sites/services that would allow me to accept credit cards. I have yet to decide which of these solutions to add to my site therefor I would like credit card acceptance service recommendations for either gaming type sites or general store type sites" , also please say if you have used them .

Overall I would like the best possible solution for my members in that some credit card acceptance services charge alot % of transaction fee so would like to minimise this.

You would be hard-pressed to locate a solution that does not cost between $500-$2,000 in start-up / registration fees. It is because of the SIC code you would be using.

There are ways around it - not to be considered gambling, it all has to do with your TOS, etc. It depends on your business plan as well.
