The best feature of WPP is that I can calculate *exactly* what my monthly net is, given the purchases made. I know what their monthly fee is, and they take 2.2%, regrdless of credit card type, qualification type, or capture delay.
With Authorize.net and Citibank, I never quite knew what my bottom-line was going to be. Between mid- and non-qualified transactions, AmEx and Discover rates, corporate purchasing cards, etc, I basically had to trust that the monthly statement was correct.
Their reject rate is roughly the same as anyone else, maybe a little higher because AVS is mandatory. I could turn AVS off with Authorize.net. Was that a good feature? I dunno.
One very nice feature is that transactions settle to your PayPal account instantly. Overall, I pleased with their service.
