Merchant account & Shopping Cart

I have a client that is using an old-school shopping cart / merchant account system that is not database driven.

All of his site is static and he includes the tags for the code on his site, and it goes to the merchant account then back to his site.

I need a similar service to transfer to. We don't want to change the configuration of the site and want to keep it static and as is...so we'd need something where we would just replace the code within the pages.

The current setup is through goemerchant
