I recently established a shop.
I normally receive 2 order notifications. One order and one confirmation email from Worldpay.
These emails arrive witin a few minutes of each other
Today I did not receive the confirmation order email from Worldpay. I have tried emailing them without sucess. My admin does not list the transaction.
SHould I fufill? Does this happen a lot
Mine are working fine today. If its not in your admin, then they haven't paid, and you just disregard the order.
Definately DON'T fulfil.

I find about 1 in 20 may drop out at that stage in the transaction, and many comeback. Maybe the card was declined, and they wait for a spouse to get home to try again with their card?
