I am looking for a web designer that is familiar with monstercommerce shopping cart and can work quickly and effeciently to get my site up and running. The products are uploaded onto my site. Where can I find this person? Are there sites that list them, besides just searching on google?

Call Monster Commerce. Their website may list some. Look up "Monster Commerce" sites on the web and find one you like. Sometimes the designer will be listed or phone the site's owner.

Monster has an in-house design department that will help you. They do good work.

You might be able to get out cheaper by finding a freelance designer.
