I have a PayPal Payment Standard account and I encourage customers make their payments by credit card through PayPal. But more and more customers complain that the PayPal site gets stuck or crashed or takes them back to my site, and PayPal won't let them prceed to complete the payment. Do you guys have this kind of questions?

Not sure but
I thought you had to have a business account with them to accept credit cards.

Have you emailed customer service at Paypal to see what problems they might be having? You also might want to check your code to make sure it is posting correctly to Paypal

Thanks, Corey. Not all customers can not pay credit card. But more customers complain about the PayPal credit card payment recently. I did not heared any complaint on this before. Contacting PayPal is tough, I sent them email before, but never get reply.

I offer 3 payment methods, paypal, nochex and moneybookers. Between them people seem to find one they can use.
