Volusion and MonsterCommerce

Any Good?SEO Friendly?

I have been searching for the best shopping cart solution and found volusion and monstercommerce to be the most respectable companies in this space.

Does anyone have any experience with these companies? How do you rate the cart in terms of SEO?

Pros and cons?

No advice, but I'm a webmeister using AspDotNetStorefront, and I've been pleased with customer reaction to the organization of the site and the ease of checkout.

Regarding SEO, I'm never satisfied with my ranking, but I think AspDotNetStorefront has a good set of tools in place for you to optimize your site.

I know my response is OT, but seeing no other replies, I thought I'd throw my 2-cents in...

Hi, I'm new here however I use MonsterCommerce and I think its pretty friendly. my site is <snip> if you search google yahoo or msn for my big phrase mini rc cars you'll see my site doing pretty well in Google (top 5) and number 1 or number 2 in both MSN and Yahoo.

Support is also quick and free at MonsterCommerce.

I have used both, and we have stuck with Volusion. We found that sites were spidered deeper and the system ended up being easier for the client with Volusion. However, we do keep two domains, so we do have the content as static pages, so we keep some control with how the content is servered. Just realize their support is not 24x7 as they claim.
