I'm desiging an eCommerce site where users can make money by performing services on the site.

I need a way to send the money to the user after they perform the service. Ideally this will be integrated into the site and done automatically by a 'withdraw funds' process.

Whats the best way to do this?

So far, I have identfied the following options:
1. Manual cheque or bank transfer to the user (last resort)
2. Using Paypal to send to users (has anyone done this before?)
3. Firepay, Neteller, and other such options commonly used by casinos.

Depending on where those people reside, Paypal might be the better option. A lot of banks also offer some type of bill pay service for free that will support this as well

The easiest way is Paypal. There are more than tens of million of Paypal users already. But not from all countries users can send or/and receive money with them.

Are there any websites out there that does this automatically? (instead of having someone manually send the paypal payment to the user)

You can use PayPal's MassPay API to automate payments to your users, instead of having someone manually log in and send money.
