PayPal and Multiple Sites?

Can anyone suggest the best way to handle the displying of customer service Emails when accepting PayPal payments from multiple sites?
The first limitation I found with PayPal is that you can't actually change the business name (the Payment To:) that appears on the PayPal checkout page on a per-site basis. Fine, I can live with that, and am using my "parent" company name, rather than the actual domain name. Not ideal, but whatever.

Now I find out that you can only have 1 customer service E-mail address per PayPal account!
How on earth is this sufficient when you have multiple E-commerce sites?
Eg, I don't want customerservice@domain1 to be listed as the customer service E-mail when someone pays via PayPal on domain 2,3,4 etc.

I emailed PayPal's "wonderful" support and they confirmed that you can't link different customer support Emails to different domains you might have.

Any suggestions welcome!
I guess I could use a "generic" yahoo, msn etc, but this seems a pretty unprofessional way of doing it.

Sorry for the rant, but I am getting more and more frustrated by PayPal's limitations.

Well even with a merchant account - you would have some limitations. Meaning that you would have one merchant identifier unless you got more than one merchant account.

Paypal has to do some of these things to protect themselves.

We have a Paypal account as well. But we have an 'umbrella' company with that domain that everything is sent out from.

Yes, I have a merchant account and am aware of that.
It's just a matter of PayPal being unflexible as there is no security risk involved.
Anyway, as they insist on a "valid" Email address, I just used
please.check.the.website@nowhere.com
