We currently use Bizrate so that customers can review and rate our website after they check out but we aren't happy with it. Anyone else know of a rating system similar to them?

Two I can think of are Epinions and ResellerRatings. There are also web scripts you can install that will let people review your service, much like a guest book. Although I subscribe to these sevices, repeat business is the best "rating system". ;)

You should try consumerworld.org or shopping.com, both are good as compare to Bizrate.
