Need a script/program with simple integration methods

Ok, I am setting up a new ecommerce site for a niche market. I would need to have SSL, the ability to add discriptions, order proccessing, products, ajust products, and add images. Can anyone recommend a good script or software to use? Really looking for something simple and relatively easy to setup.

WebGenie, couldnt be easier its cheap and easy beyond belief to setup on the servers, the software firms own technical dept will do it for free.
Its an unlimited license package and does dynamic/hard code and a combination of both should you wish.
Others prefer X cart which is very good although I have not used myself.

Didn't want to spend 500.00 though for software. Has anyone tried OSCommerce?
