Hi All
Any advice please
I would like to receive payment on my basic site. We operate a taxi pickup service from UK airports and are receiving more req for C/C payment.

As we have no history, i guess it wont be a merchant acc.
I dont envisage receiving more than £2000 a month, transactions averaging £25-£50 each.
Payments from various other countrys.
Ability to take phone payments (how does this work, do we just input clients details on our site).
As our prices vary widely, I assume the custome can enter his own amount once a price has been agreed.
Little (if any) third party branding.
Thanks for any info

Hi,

If you are looking for third party processing companies for your location, I would suggest WorldPay, Protx or Metacharge, they all come from the U.K.

However, I think they only offer online processing so I am not sure if phone orders are allowed.

PayPal offers online payment processing in the UK with no start-up fees and no monthly fees (no fees other than your per transaction fee ($0.30 + 1.9 - 2.9% per transaction)

You can also use the PayPal virtual terminal and take payments over the phone for $20 per month.
