I'm new here. I don't know if this is the correct place to be posting this, if not, please forgive me.
I was hoping some of you could give me some feedback on my site, what I could do to increase conversion rates, improve design, that sort of thing, or any problems you notice that might put a person off...
I was getting lots of sales, then suddenly, nothing much...I'm a little bit baffled.

It's a lingerie site, however, it is not vulgar.
Any comments would be very much appreciated.

The possible reasons for drop of sales could be:
- seasonal fluctuations; if you compare your sales in Juni with sales in December, you'll certainly notice some decrease;
- technical problems appeared -- try to test register, login, browse, search, checkout procedure; collect statistics of entry and leave pages -- these leave pages might point to a problem; look at your "Pages not Found" reports.
