yup - it's the EU e-commerce directive which has taken a couple of years or so to implement. the EU directive has been available on the EU site for a long time, but no good asking me where now and not much point referring to it either. i think that with any EU directive, the EU agrees a basic set of rules and each member country must implement them - what form of implementation each member country chooses is normally up to them.
but i've not seen the UK implementation before ........
