Our client is Switzerland based and they don't have any bank account or any business running in the United States, so Verisign couldn't do the job.

Can any one help me in finding a Switzerland based payment processor?

Do you know roughly how much they need processed per month. I know of a company out of Israel that might be a fit, but they have a minimum monthly total needed (I think it is around 10k per month).

I can sticky you the details if you want.

This is a for a new business and I don't think so they would be able to touch the minimum process required.

worldpay - they process for businesses in switzerland and no need for your own merchant account from a bank

- this is free to set up and it works really well

and

2checkout.com
- it costs about 59 to set up, but it works really good
