Does any one have an idea how to open a merchant account in Egypt?

I've tried through visa issuing banks but they have no clue,

Most third party and offshore merchant account providers doesn't support Egypt

Only 2CO support transferring money to Egypt but at very high rates

Banque Misr offering an e-merchant account through a third party company (I've sent you a sticky mail with it's name and URL)(the one that empowering the online phone-bills payment service and they have already running another service for the online payment of the 57357 hospital and they're charging about $800 as setup fees for the MA plus SSL and payment gateway,

I had the same problem when I was in Eritrea, Africa. All I did was to use an account in Dubai, UAE to temporarily save the money.

And by the way, I don't advice you to go for 2CO. Only the registered customers know how painful they are.

What about the running fees? (transaction fees i mean)

Thanks for the advice i know about 2CO that you have to pay for transfering your money from 2CO account to your bank (hidden cost) if you are out of USA
