I found out people participating at ecommerce discussions don't have their webpages written as homepages in thier profile.

I would love to visit the ecommerce pages of anyone in sending me through sticky mail.

Why would they keep it hidden anyway?

Why would they keep it hidden anyway?

Any number of reasons.

  • Fear of men in black Chevy Suburbans with sunglasses and crew cuts.
  • Too many to list, too many to pick just one.
  • Get's enough finger pointing already, doesn't want anyone pointing at the home page too.
  • Just an employee. Not authorized to represent the site in any public way.
  • Too busy to update the profile.
  • Too lazy to update the profile.
  • There's a profile? On me? See item 1

I'm sure there are more, possibly legitimate reasons too.
