In process of moving site from Yahoo! Store to Monster Commerce. Am considering StoneEdge software for order management ...integration of QBooks, Endicia, overall customer support and back-end management for growing e-commerce business. Can anyone recommend (or warn against) order management software? Thanks!
I have used StoneEdge for 2.5 years and I couldn't do business without it. Their support team is responsive and the product is very useful.
Sticky me if you have any specific questions.

O! I forgot to mention. It integrates well with Endicia (dazzle) and well with UPS Worldship.

Thanks for your reply. Are there any features lacking that you wish stoneedege had or any frustration at all? Do you use the Order Status Module? If you do, does it provide much advantage over what you might set to automatically include in the customer order confirmation without it? Thanks, m

Actually, I really don't have any complaints with their product. I do use the Order Status manager. As long as you maintain the order status information accurately in StoneEdge, it is an easy tool and our customers like it.

We have just begun to use Stone Edge and so far it has integrated well with Quickbooks,Miva and FedEx. The FedEx IT person was quite impressed with how easy it was to intergrate with it. The support so far from Barneys team has been great. The proof will be in the pudding when we actually go live with it this week.
