What can we do if a merchant service provider does not transfer money from your sell to you? It is a giant merchant service provider, not small one. If someone knows how to handle this kind of problem, please help. Thanks

You mean never? Or do you mean there is a delay? My payment processor handles a lot of small companies like mine. When they moved a couple years ago, they said payments would be delayed a couple days, but it turned out to be several weeks. I called and called and kept getting put off--always the payments were going to be released "within 48 hours" and never were. Finally I wrote them that I would involve the Better Business Bureau if they did not give me my money, and they released all my payments the next day. I think the company really was having problems after relocating, but they were not being honest about it, which made me angry.

have you contacted them anyways...........and if yes....then what was the issue they suggested..? may be theu r stuck in something. and it happens with large organisations also. try to know the cause of this trouble....talk to them one to one first.all the implications come later, if and when you are well equipped with information.

Have they given you a reason? If you have an average ticket amount / monthly volume & you have exceeded that, they might withhold some for a certain amount of time.

Contact their loss prevention department and see why they are withholding your funds. They have to at least give you a reason.

I tried to contact them so many times. They don't listen to me. They only give excuse that there is something wrong in transferring system but no details. I used to receive money before. There is no problem if the amount is not much. I have problem when the amount is more but not too much. This is not limit problem for sure. Is there any organization that I can report this situation. Please kindly advise.

First, is the a merchant account provider or a third party processor?

What are the terms of the normal pay out to you?
