So I guess it is impossible to tell if an order is fradulent from the help of these "shipping clerks"?

Ya, the re-shipping scam is the most important part of the article for WebmasterWorld members. There was a discussion about re-shipping about couple months back, and we came up with a list of tip offs for fraud orders.
