Ugh. Just googled that.

What a horrifying concept!

This should really get a lot more press around here. I'm sure everyone would straighten up a lot more if they were aware of such a thing, which would result in better ecommerce for everyone.

When you get a merchant account and actually read the contract you will learn a little more about it.

What makes you think you are on it savur? Have you had a merchant account before? Was it terminated? If so - do you know why? There are sopme companies that will also help you even if you are on it for some reasons

My 2CO account was terminated for using it with two sites. So I would like to know if they put me into TMF

2CO - no, not usually. Because they are not a merchant account processor. They do have the ability to report some activity actually to the list. If it was terminated for chargebacks - you first look at what happened & why you had a lot. If it was terminated for a lot of CBs, a processor will still open a merchant account, but might give you a higher rate or request a withholding until it has been proven things have changed
